| Vastedi Sandwiches 11/23/03
As a kid growing up on the lower east side of NYC, La Focacceria was one of the places we used to go and eat, We had it all great pizza and chinese and just all kinds of foods. So to go to Vinnies place was just different. What I remember most was the Vastedi sandwiches man were they great it was an aquired taste but just the same it was one of the best eats in town. I now live in Cleveland but when in the city the first place I go is Vinnies place La Focacceria on First Ave. |

Best Food and Chef in NY. Great ambiance. Nice people. Kind service. Incredible wine. Nice place to walk.
