I've been around the world and Bar Veloce is the real deal. As a photographer, I can't afford missing the beat. I was impressed to find the bartenders do not drink on the job at Bar Veloce. I found this behavior to be unprofessional while staying in Tokyo where they giggle and hide their drinks behind the counter and in Sidney where they literally drink down under. Bar Veloce had a sophisticated style of service and took much pride in its Italian wine and food menu. The variety was specific and well thought out. Around the world, this wine bar stands out from the rest. Bar Veloce is the future for quality in the bar/restaurant industry. |
