Don't Be Fooled![]() 10/9/02
You spot the sign from at least a block away and you think-hamburgers and fries-that is if you're clueless to the infamous name B-Bar and Grill, as I was when I first moved here. Then, you walk in and realize, even if they sell hamburgers you won't be caught dead ordering one amongst a crowd like this! No, I'm exaggerating. The food is great, the service is great, and the atmosphere is very positive, fun, and lively. If you're a tourist you truly get a sense of the city. If you live here, you know why you chose New York. |

worst service ever!!!!![]() 5/9/04
My husband and I purchased tickets to a play which included a free prefix meal at B Bar and Grill. We made reservations and informed them of the offer like we were told. When we arrived they had our reservation, but were not aware of the free meal. Still, they sat us and made us wait for over 20 minutes for a waitress. Mind you, the restaurant was empty!!! When we presented them with the coupon they told us it was a misprint and we had to pay. They then handed us the prefix menu. The discount was $25 for a hamburger or a sandwich!!! When the owner came to our table to 'clear up' the probelm, he argued with us and "refused" to honor the coupon. He is a horrible business person. I would never suggest anyone to eat there! |
